Terms & Conditions | Reservation Agreement:
Thank you for choosing Black Diamond Limousine as your preferred transportation provider. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined in this agreement.
Contact Information for Assistance If you have trouble locating your driver or need to make changes to your reservation, please call Black Diamond Limousine Dispatch at 856-249-8730. Leaving a pickup location without contacting Dispatch will result in a no-show charge equal to the total fare.
Booking Responsibility
- The booking contact is responsible for making the reservation and ensuring that the itinerary, routing, and timing are accurate and meet the needs expressed before booking.
- The booking contact must notify all passengers of itinerary details and verify that all reserved vehicles meet passengers’ expectations.
- The booking contact must be available and responsive to our reservations department throughout the process.
Cancellation Policy Sedans & SUVs:
- All deposits are non-refundable. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before your reservation.
- Deposits can be transferred to a future reservation if rescheduled 24 hours before the reservation start time.
- Full payment is required 24 hours before the reservation. Reservations made within 24 hours require full payment upon booking.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will result in a charge of the full balance.
Limousines, Party Buses, Shuttle Buses (Non-Wedding):
- All deposits are non-refundable. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 1 week before your reservation.
- Deposits can be transferred to a future reservation if rescheduled 1 week before the reservation start time.
- Full payment is required 1 week before the reservation. Reservations made within 48 hours require full payment upon booking and a $500 security deposit.
- Cancellations within 1 week of the reservation will result in a charge of the full balance.
Liability and Damages
- The company is not liable for mechanical breakdowns during the charter but will make up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- Clients assume full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused by them or any party members during the rental.
- All vehicles are equipped with live recording cameras. Footage will only be accessed by management if there is an incident.
Personal Injury Liability
- Passengers assume all risks related to personal injury while in the vehicle and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims or lawsuits arising from personal injury or death.
- Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and be safely seated while the vehicle is in motion.
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with New Jersey laws.
Venue Accommodations and Restrictions
- The booking contact must ensure that venues and locations listed as destinations can be safely accessed by the requested vehicle.
- Drivers reserve the right to deny entry to areas that may cause damage to the vehicle, passengers, or property.
Vehicle Policies
- Smoking and standing through the sunroof are prohibited.
- Alcohol consumption by minors and drug use by anyone are prohibited by law.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions or articles left in the limousine.
- Drivers reserve the right to deny any passengers over the passenger limit from entering the vehicle.
Additional Charges and Security Deposits
- A $500.00 security deposit is required for reservations made within 24 hours of the pickup date.
- Additional time or stops will incur additional charges, billed automatically after the reservation ends to the CC on file.
- If passengers smoke in the vehicle, a $250.00 smoke removal fee and a $200.00 fee for each carpet or seat burn will be charged.
- A minimum of $350 sanitation fee will be charged for excess cleaning.
- Overtime charges will apply if a reservation exceeds the scheduled pick-up time by more than 5 minutes. Additional time will be billed in half-hour increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

- For Airport Pick ups ONLY: Overtime will be charged 35 minutes after the plane has arrived for Domestic Flights and 50 minutes after the plane has arrived for International flights.
- For Cruise Port ups ONLY: Overtime will be charged 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
- Any fines/charges will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
- Drivers can terminate the reservation without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion by the client(s).
No-Show Policy
- If a vehicle is sent to a pickup and the passenger does not show up, the ride will be considered a “No-Show,” and the reservation will be charged in full as a Late Cancellation.
Limitation of Liability for Recommendations and Itinerary
- The company is not liable for services or products provided by recommended vendors or venues.
- The company is not liable for delays or disruptions due to approved itinerary and routing.
- Unforeseen occurrences such as weather and traffic can affect adherence to a predetermined itinerary.
Dispute Resolution Policy
- Disputes will be resolved in a timely manner. Clients should contact customer service to report issues.
- The customer service team will investigate and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
- Clients can speak with a manager or the owner to discuss disputes and potential resolutions.
- The company reserves the right to make the final decision on the resolution and compensation.
